Frequently Asked Questions
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship the next business day. Large bulk t-shirt orders may take 2-3 weeks. Circumstances may delay your order such as holidays, school days off, or times when we are hosting an Educator Training.
Holiday shipping delays: Some orders may be affected by high shipping volumes nationwide.Orders placed Dec. 19th-Jan. 3rd will be shipped on Jan. 4th due to the school's holiday break.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards.
Can I get a refund or exchange my order?
Yes, you have 2 weeks for refunds or exchanges. As long as your items were purchased from ronclarkacademy.com and are in the original condition, you can return your items within 14 days of purchase. Please email sales@ronclarkacademy.com with the information about your order and to request an exchange or refund. Mail your return to the following address:

Can I Add Something To An Order I Already Submitted?
No, we cannot add anything to your order once it is submitted. You will need to place a new order for the additional items.

I Don’t See The Item That I Want Listed On Your Store, Can I Call You And Ask For It?
There may be exclusive items that are only available in person at the Ron Clark Academy. All items that we have available will be listed on the Ron Clark Academy Store website.
Do You Have Store Hours Open To Visitors?
No, not at this time. Please place all orders online. For the safety of our students, visitors are not allowed on campus at the Ron Clark Academy. The Ron Clark Academy store is only available for paid attendees of the Educator Training Experience.
Is The Ron Clark Academy A Non-profit?
Yes, that Ron Clark Academy is a non-profit 501(c)(3). All proceeds from the online store go to fund student scholarships.We greatly appreciate your support!
